The noise level is getting to be a bit much.

There are no rules enforced as far as animal control.

Car alarms are constantly going off.

They say that this is a gated community but the gate is constantly broken.

Last but not least they advertise most of their apartments to be remodeled.

It looks to me like someone just went to home depot and got amatuers to put it together.
