We have lived here for over a year and we are counting down the days when we can leave. It is sad that our management sends out promise letters of getting a new gate system over 7 months ago (because the current one is always broken) and nothing has been done. It is sad that owners of dogs are allowed to leave their dog's "mess" everywhere on the grounds. It is like a mine field when walking on the grass. It is sad when there are bugs/roaches crawling through the cracks under the doors and windows. Beware of the contract!! This is one of the only communities that makes you give them 2 months notice before you move out. They are able to get more money out of you because of this. Most people do not know if their house, new job, etc., will be ready in two months and they know that!
