Great landscape and location. I'll advice dont go by that. All stained, mold, outdated appliances and bathrooms, plumbing and electric fittings. The maintenance guys are always on run to fix things(good point) but staff and manager justify whatever you have is excellent and you dont know how to use(they should be lawyers!). My appt had refrigerator which used to get fungus and mold every 2 days although keeping it clean every other day. Maintenance said, they need to change but manager said I didnt know how to use it. The argument went on for 8 months till my lease expired and they never changed it.
They claim to be gated community but its always broken. Whole appt has mold problems concealed by fresh paint when you move in and appears after a while. Mold and roches are rampant so beware of what you will spend on medical bills than saving on rent.

The appartments from inside are pathetic and need immediate demolition or rebuilding, they are health hazard!!!
