Location, location, location....right' They definitely have that. However, these units are really beginning to show their age. Carpets, overall condition of units are not in good shape. Appliances often broken and need updated. Maintenance is prompt but, basically incompetent. They "fixed" my lack of hot water in the kitchen on 4 separate calls before I finally convinced them of a problem. I agreed to pay for a private plumber and bill them back if that plumber found a problem. This got their attention and my hot water was remedied. Gated community' As several posts have stated, this is a joke. When the gates do work (which is rare), often people come in behind tenants. Staff aren't willing to work with you and enforce rules ad hoc. I had an American flag on my balcony for 8 months and came home to a note advising that I had to remove it. The 2 pools are nice as are the tennis courts. Lack of ceiling fans and overhead lighting is a big negative.
