useless people very unproffesional

The management at ashton woods is by far the most unproffesional people i have met in my life ...

They have excuses for everything they dont want to do ...

The gates are always broken down and if you are stuck outside even with the access card like me ..

you only pray to god to help you out because when i had complained they said its not an emergency service so we cant repair it over night ..i would advise dont stay there for free too
