The staff was extremely unhelpful and only 2 outta all of them were nice. I had no grass around out building the whole time we lived there not to mention that they made us pay a 200 pet deposit(NR) for something that the maintance doesn't even do.

Gentleman just one building over had his tools stolen out of his car and the people a few buildings down had their stereo ripped out.

I ended up fixing most of the problems in the apartment on my own. It took the staff 2 weeks the last time I asked them to fix a simple problem with the sliding glass door.

I did have problems with bugs like most other people. Silverfish and Spiders were the only ones we most commonly got.

The gates worked 3 months out of the 2 years there and the residents or people who forgot their card/didn't live there just rammed the gates open.

Then they send me my final bill and try to charge me for things that wasn't even my fault and threaten to send it to collections in a week even though they sent the letter a month late.

I will give them credit for the front living areas were well maintained (like the front gates where grass and flowers were).

Go down Pelham road farther or go to Apartments on Haywood. These are not worth you time. There are better apartments with better people and you will get your moneys worth. The amount you pay here isn't worth what you get. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
