The staff at this complex is very rude, they do not care about current residents. To get anything done you must notify the office at least 3 times. They always forget. They keep you waiting when you go to the office.
I guess no ones time is more important than theirs. They are always talking on the telephone which is rude. Someone needs to report these people to the owner of the property. Rent checks have been lost several times. They do not enforce the parking rules, there is always many cars parked in the lots that do not live in the complex. They do not enfore any rules. Trash in halls and stored on patios. Bugs are everywhere. The grounds are not keep up except in the area of the office. The gated community is a joke. The gates never work. The cameras have never worked, if they did they would catch all the people that break the arms and sometime the gates. This by far is the worst run apartment complex in the Greenville area. Management sucks. I would not recomment this apartment complex to anyone. Not worth the money. There also is too many illegals living here. They cannot check credit ratings as they state they do. JUST SAY NO to this place.

Look at all of these bad comments from the same person. All of them written in 2007.... they stated years in the complex:2005-2006. I am there now and NONE of this NONSENSE is true. Go there and you will see.
