Ashton Woods

 

I've lived in Ashton Woods for a year now and we've had a good time of it.

Whenever we've requested minor maintenance (garbage disposable, a/c), it was fixed within a day a day or two and they called first to let me know they were coming (my request because of my dog).

The office is oftentimes way too busy, but I've left messages on the voicemail and had them returned promptly.

It's one of the only complexes in Greenville that allows large dogs and no one ever gave us a problem with her.

The gates are a joke, but even if they did work, do you really believe they are making you safer? This neighborhood is safe anyway.

You don't need gates.

I was happy when they were broken.

As far as the illegal immigrants brought up in another review, there are a lot of Indian people living here, but they are nice and aren't bothering anyone.

And one person said they are living 10 people to an apartment.

That's just ridiculous.

I have only seen one roach in my apartment in the year.

I think that is a record for anywhere I have lived in SC.

That is very impressive.

And while you can hear what is going on in the hallway, we cannot hear anyone in their apartments from our apartment.

No apartment complex is perfect, but this one is pretty good for the necessities.
