I have lived in Ashton Woods for a few months. My calls to the office are never returned. It does have a VERY large Indian population. They say they will paint and fix and it doesnt look significantly different when they are done. They do not enforce the restrictions on cleaning up after a dog as MANY people don't even bother to carry a bag or make believe they will pick it up. And then it sits for DAYS AND DAYS and isn't picked up my maintence either-There is a restriction on certain breeds of dogs. I like the gates-it makes me feel a little better when the kids are outside. Overall-I do not feel like the office staff really cares once they get you contracted they dont care to speak with you. They don't discuss with renters the fact that they shouldn't do laundry at 6am or vacuum at 10pm-but quality of rental life is overrated. I looked at the description- and there are no stackable washer dryers or hard wood floors that I have seen-carpet in the dining area makes me sick.
Anyway-I can't wait to move.

It is incredible how you can bash the office staff and property like that. I have lived here for many years as have many and NEVER had issues as discussed here. This complex has superior service compared to most in Greenville. If you look at all of the comments on this site, they seem to all be people that do not like other nationalities, neighbors, rules, don't want to pay their rent or don't like "multi family" living but Can't buy their own HOUSE to make their own rules. Hmmm. My apartment has Wood Floors, but I CHOOSE to pay for a "Higher Upgraded Home" It is worth it! GET A SERIOUS LIFE. This is the best place for the value that you get. Many people I have talked to feel the same. The shame is only the upset people seem to find this site.

The only "wood" on the floors is in the paper they put over the concrete.
