I am here for the part 6 months and it was all working well. When it comes to renewing my lease... i checked online and saw they were offering similar apartments at a lower rate. But the leasing office was reluctant to honor or do price match for a loyal resident at renewal time. Once you get here, your rent can go up only at every renewal time and no revision as per market conditions. They are taking advantage of residents inability to move once they lease it.

I am really surprised when i came to know the washer/drwyer company actually charges 30$ to the property and i am being charged 50$. (Sqeeze, horrible image for an enterprise like berkshire).

When i signed lease i am aware that water/sewer/trash are on me. Knowing the complex caters to various types of residents , family sizes and apartments i clearly asked them if this is done at building level or complex. They said it is at building. Thats not true and they are doing it at complex. They cover all water they use for any service (pool, warer sprinklers, community washer/drwyer etc) but charge it to all residents. I have never seen a company doing this kind of massive scam without the knowledge of its residents or even bothering to point those items during lease signing.

The office support group is helpless and are not equipped with any answers.

Another joke(sqeeze). They outsourced their water/sewer/trash billing to thridparty and that party charges 2.50 per month bill.

Just based on these items i am really disappointed and very low opinion on their ability to take care of residents intrests. Its their intrest that comes to their mind and nothing else.

I woudnt recommend this property unless there is no option.
