I lived here for three years. It was ok. It was my first home after graduation and marriage. However, the staff does not tell you the rules of the complex. Make sure you get a copy of the rule book before you agree to anything. Also, don't be suprised if they don't deleiver packages left at the office. (Your flowers will die.) If an employee tells you something, get it in writing! They do not write things down, and they never rememeber talking to you. So, if you are serious about an agreement--get it in writing.

When we moved in we were told there would be new wallpaper and a microwave. Neither were there. Also, when we moved out, I cleaned the apartment. In fact, it was cleaner than when we moved in (there were roaches under the sink, stove and fridge. My apartment was bug free and dust free when we moved out. I'm a neat freak.) and they still wanted to charge me for cleaning. They also charged me for normal wear and tear on the apartment.

The complex itself is beautiful The trees are great, and the pool facilities are ok. The gates however, seldom work. The line, "well this is a gated community", is crazy. Gates have to work to be a gated community.

When we filed work orders, they were always quick to fix the problem. Maybe not in the best manor, but at least the issue was address.

I do think the apartment is over priced for what you get. Especially with walmart moving in next door.

I'd look around. For the price, you can find better in Greenville.

The staff told ME the rules. They also told me they accept packages but it's MY responsibility to retrieve them. They aren't a delivery service. I mean, that's just common sense. It's offered as a courtesy. The gates have usually worked fine since I've been here. Yes, there have been times that they didn't but that's usually due to a resident or visitor breaking them.
