When I first moved here I thought it was great. But now that I've been here for awhile I see the truth. The people who laid the carpeting in my apartment did a poor job. It seems to have been laid in pieces and it's fraying and coming apart. The carpet also seems to be pretty cheap. I can't see it lasting very long.
My appliances and cabinets are old and worn out. They need to be updated and replaced. The building has had a problem with roaches and they come out and spray weekly if needed. But I would think that finding the source of the problem would help greatly.
I hear noise from some of my neighbors and there are people who like to be out at 1 and 2 in the morning making racket. I've called the courtesy officer and he just tells me to call the sheriff. What good is a courtesy officer if he won't respond'
Trying to get something fixed can be a chore. I've had a problem for quite sometime now and they've had some kid out twice and it's still not fixed. Plus, the first time he was here he stunk and he got dirt all over my carpet!!!
The people in the office are friendly and helpful for the most part. But they won't take responsibility for things like lost packages or the gates malfunctioning and hitting your car. I guess this is corporate policy but it still stinks. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
