Management Company is broke

Beautiful property. But, new staff said Management company is broke. They are raising the rents, takes forever to get something fixed, but, it's fixed right when they finally get there sometimes 6 weeks. When we moved into our unit it was filthy and the carpet was in severe disrepair; holes and filthy. The irony here is they make you pay a carpet cleaning fee when you move out and they never cleaned our apt. or our new neightbors. They didn't paint our neighbors apt. either. They are getting new tenants in though, but, let's just say it's a little louder than usual and we get Greer's finest visiting weekly. Sad it was so nice and peaceful when we moved in. The grounds are nice though, and they allow dogs and have doggie stations. Unfortunately, the apartments are falling apart.If the clientele continues a downward spiral I would not reccomend, but, if they get this place back on it's feet. Then yes, but for now no. Office staff is nice and helpful, but, no cash flow to get things done. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
