When I moved in it was a awesome place well maintained and kept up. It wasn't the cleanest and the carpet was dirty. Things such as food and misc was still in the cabinets. Now, the newer manager (our 3rd since I lived here and she is a temp) is awfully rude and the maitenance do not know what they are doing or it takes days to get something done. I have had to go behind them and make better repairs. I have had 2 bikes stolen and I have seen a multitude of vandalizing done and not cleaned up after. the rent is being raised and nothing is being showed for it. I am glad to be moving. I would feel sorry for any one who move in. unless they get a new rehab apartments and maybe better management.

I am wanting to move to Bridal Ridge. I spoke to a resident Sheriff's Deputy that has lived there two years. He says they haven't had ANY thefts reported in the time he's been there. The only incidents were three cases where people were asked to leave the premises for unruly behavior. I used to be in Construction Management, and the construction looks better than average for mid-priced apartments. Also, the grounds appeared neat and well kept; and the lady I spoke to on the phone was very polite and helpful.

When we lived there three years ago we found a scorpion in our kitchen floor..no lie. We also had problems with spiders, but as far as the way the apartment was I loved it. It was roomy! I didn't like that the power bill was high.
