I moved into my apartment last month and it was nice because me and my wife just had a baby a few days before we moved in and the first months rent was free. Well little did we know that the apartment has spiders all over the place. I woke up one morning and was going to put my newborn in his car seat when i noticed that a spider had made its web inside the car seat. I thought maybe this was just a one time thing but it wasn't still to this day i kill at least 2 spiders a day in my apartment. Also, just a week ago we felt a wet spot in my babies closet, i thought maybe i was a spot where our other child had spilt something. The spot didn't go away and was getting worse. We pulled everything out of the closet and descovered mold along the bottom of the wall. The Manager Lady gave us a excuse saying the it was like "moldy bread" where it wasn't life threatning or anything. Well when you have a 3 week old almost anything is life threatning. The Manager lady talked to my wife as if she was 10 years old. Some of my babies new clothes and blankets from her baby shower were destroyed thanks to the mold. The maintenance guy came in and pulled the carpet up and put a fan in there. The water was from the bathtub in the adjacent room. Evidently the tub drain was not put in correctly before we moved in. He wasn't gonna put a hole in the wall and check for mold until i had mentioned it to the new manager. Just yesterday we found another wet spot inside our other closet of the same room. Come to find out our water heater had been leaking and seeped into the carpet in that closet. The apartment people refuse to pay for any baby clothes damaged or to even cut us a break on the rent so we can buy more baby clothes. The management only told me that "Thats why we tell you to buy renters insurance. The worse part is that we signed a year lease and we're only in the first month. Bridle Ridge is awful and if i had a choice i would have never looked and this peice of sh** place. If you could recommend something to do about these theives who manage this place please let me know.

help me asap is it really this bad i move in tommorrow i have one of the select ten apartments do u think there will be these problems is the mold and spiders under control now help me asap
