I moved here two years ago and loved it. It was quiet, peaceful, and I never had any problems. New management took over and turned it into restricted-income housing, and since then, it is a horrible place to live. The police are here almost every day now for various reasons. There are a lot of kids who run around unsupervised away from the playground, taunting residents and causing fights. If you try to talk to their parents, the parents will try to pick a fight with you. It happened to one resident - she was ganged up on and almost assaulted when she complained about the children to their parents. No one did anything, especially the police, from what I've heard. There is poop all over the place. I've only ever seen one lady picking up after her dogs; everyone else could care less that it smells and looks like a crapyard everywhere. We've had problems with bugs and mold; maintenance rarely responds. I would seriously advise looking elsewhere.

wanting to move here asap can anyone tell me about it now as of 2/08/09 it seems real nice IS THE MOLD AND BUGS A SERIOUS ANSWER FAST MY MOVE IN DATE IS TOMMORROW
