I lived here for a year until May 2009. It is a horrible place to live. There are a lot of spiders and bugs in the units. New Management had taken over in the middle of my lease and they are worse than the previous management! Maintenance doesnt respond to calls. They don't enforce people picking up after their dogs. The police are constantly there and there are always kids running around that place. They will screw you out of your deposit at the end of your lease by adding bogus charges to your bill. The walls are thin and I could constantly hear the neighbors (if you know what I mean). You are better off to rent a mill house in Victor Mills!
