I also moved here from another state. Was told a week before we moved our apartment was not available. That one was downstairs, the new one was upstairs. We drove two days to find the biggest disapointment ever. Dirty, rundown, burned and worn out carpets, kitchen and entryway floor chewed up and stained. And the worse was yet to come. Not enough parking and no rules on the parking. Run down lanscaping, tennis courts a joke, no play grounds. Old out dated appliances that half work and can't get parts. Look around before you put a deposit down. And don't hold your breath on maintanence.

Ditto! The pool did not open for the Memorial Day weekend! Yet there were men working on the fence surrounding the pool area. Cosmetic changes such as painting the trash dumpsters and the pool fence are a slap in the present residents faces!
