There are numerous reasons to live elsewhere. Don't let the size and location be the reason to sign a lease. You'll become a recipiant of a poorly managed apartment complex.
The pool did not open for the Memorial Day weekend. No written explanation or apology given to the residents. Apartments and applicances are old and run down. Cosmetic painting of the trash containers and pool fence is a slap in the face to the current residents. The office staff blames the management company when addressing the residents' complaints. No accountability.
The 55.5% overall approval rating does not line up with the reviews posted.
