We have only lived here for a couple of months and we have had nothing but problems. Parking is horrible, we spoke with the office manager and she said that we had to deal with it ourselves. My children were threatened by another resident's child with an 8" knife, the office manager said, AND I QUOTE, "Oh they go to church they would not do that". My son's bike was stolen, among other items (children in complex were a part of this). Children in the complex play outside with BB guns. WOULD YOU LIVE HERE!!!!! The office manager puts a sign on the door that she is showing an apartment but she is not on the complex grounds, she goes out to eat (waffle house) and who knows what else. Cannot get packages because of this. We are definitely looking for another place to live. There is dog crap everywhere. The office manager was the sweetest person when we were looking to move in, but BEWARE, she's a fake, she could care less about the residents here at halycon. She should be fired!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

office staff should always be availble & responsive. I do think residents should be responsible for their pets and that needs to be enforced. I never see the courtesy officer patrolling I only see his car parked. Plumbing is a difinte issue here everything leaks or doesn't drain. This property definitely needs upgrading!!!
