We have lived here a long time.
It was a nice place to live.
Safe, Clean, and enjoyable.
Once the new management took over about 2 years ago, the undesirable people have started to move in.
The noise is picking up, the police are visiting apartments more often and people being evicted.
Old management must have screened the applicants better, sometimes i wonder is the new people moving in are being screened at all.
This place needs speed bumps, security locks and better outside lighting.
they no longer have communities party or contests.
the newsletter is a joke, is all generic.
i hate to say this we have had enough and we are moving! by the way i hope you add an extra 200.00 to your overall rent just for utilities.
they are the worst.
