The layout of the place on the inside is overall okay. I like the design of most everything except for the kitchen. It is completely too small. There are hardly any cabinet space and almost zero drawer space. There is only enough room to turn around and forget trying to get two people inside the kitchen.
The office staff seemed okay the day that we moved in but then after that day we haven't heard from them. I called four times in a span of two days to tell them of our ant problem and no one was ever there. Finally my husband just went to Home Depot and took care of the problem himself. Now that the ants are gone completely they have started sending in a guy to spray. Which is another problem in itself. There are no security locks on the door so he will ring the doorbell once and if you don't make it to the door in time (like if you are upstairs) then he just goes right inside.
As far as quiet and safety, it isn't really a problem. Occassionally you hear someone with their radio in there car boom by but other than that it is good. People also drive entirely too fast as I have almost been hit 3 times going around the corner to leave.
I will agree with the others about the utilites expense. It is crazy outrageous. Our first bill was $140 and that was after we had to pay $200 just to get them turned on. The last place we lived in we paid nothing to get it turned on and on average about $50 a month.
