We have lived here for almost a year, and although it is a nice area, it could use more parking areas. For the most part they have good neighbors. The apartments, you can tell very easily, were slapped together very quickly and the cheapest materials used, but I guess you have to expect that from all apartments. The management is somewhat decent, they just need a little training on people skills for some of them. All in all - it is a rather nice place, just make sure you don't want to leave or even are "required" to leave under ANY circumstances during your lease agreement. Even if you are transferred by your job as is in my case they still require almost $1000 to break your lease after it is all done and I only had 2 more months to go, never being late on any payments.
