So far this is the best place I have ever lived.

Noise from neighbors is zero.

Firmly closing windows and doors without gaps letting air in/out.

Well maintained grounds, clean.

Pleasant playground, never overrun with children, worse yet: teenagers.

Mostly white tenants.

Ample parking.

Easy access to mailboxes and dumpsters.

Free gym access at PowerHouse Gym.

So, for those that complained about Hammett Farms - I don?t know why unless you were born with a silver spoon in your rectum and never lived near or IN the ghetto.

Be aware of "Amanda" in the leasing office - if dealing with her, get everything in writing and have a witness.

No joke.
