We have been here for almost one year and have not had a single problem. Maintance is timely and gets the job done the first time. There are no major bug issues (although we recently aquired ants). There is not much noise from the roads near by. Also it seems to be a family oriented community. I don't have kids of my own but I often see them riding their bikes and skateboards together or hanging out at the pool. We have full size washer and dryer at no cost. Also we have a fully loaded weight room, a raquetball court, and tennis court, a swimming pool, and a hot tub. There is also an herb garden here and they seel cigars in the office (and give free cookies and kool-aide). The staff is very nice and attentive. I have enjoyed my time here so far.
