I moved here in August 2005 and I have been happy with everything here. I especially like the large bathroom: the sink counter is very long, and there is enough room to set up some shelving. However, the bedrooms could be bigger. There's also not much of a dining area, so it would be a problem if you had a large table.

I also like that there is a washer and dryer right in each apartment. Very few communities in Greenville offer this. Most have washer/dryer hookup, but you have to provide your own machines.

I purposely asked for a unit on the top floor to avoid noise issues. I never hear the lady below me and she said she just hears me walking around, but that's it.

Management is very friendly. I got a great deal when I moved in: two months' free rent. I think the rent is quite reasonable considering all the amenities.

I like that it is a gated community. It's true that there was a murder here a few years ago, but I heard from a colleague who lived here at the time that it was a domestic quarrel, not a random act of violence. That could happen anywhere.

I plan on staying here until I buy a house, probably in about two years.
