I totally disagree with the above comments made by this past resident. I have been there almost 3 years and have had nothing but good things to say about the polos and the past management. However, since being bought out by the new company' things' well have pretty much been going down hill. I will not be renewing my lease as well as many other residents. The new manager sits in her office all day and has only been seen 0nce or twice. This was a very friendly community before, almost like one big family until now. Our clubhouse that we all used frequently has been taken away when the office staff leaves so if you work past 530pm you can forget enjoying those ammenities!! I really find this too bad and have heard from several sources that when the new manager was told many of us were not renewing the comment back was "oh well, we want to get the trash out". Okay as a single mom with 2 children and no child support and still able to pay my rent 'I am very offended by that statement!!.Change is good sometimes if the results are positive but when you here the manager has told the staff not to get to comfortable she can run this place herself, thats pretty shabby.. Oh, and did I mention she has been at about 13 or 14 properties in her short career in apartment management..If she is doing such a great job then why all the changes''' HHmmmmmmmm!!
