The new management has KILLED THIS PLACE!!!! The old management ROCKED!!! (Katie) was the bomb!!!! They use to do so much for there residents, pool parties, monthly events etc... today nothing!!! I have lived here for about 15 months, and when my lease came up they raised my rent $30.00 a month. I went to management, and I told them that I have lived in some very exclusive cities, Miami, Chicago, Detroit, and I never once had that high of an increase. They told me there is nothing that they can do. Come on Decemeber 2006 I'm gone!!! Stay away from this joint, this place is going down hill fast. I have White trash that just moved up stairs of me, and I'm a white dude, my upstairs neighbors leave there trash out all the time outside, I contacted management they siad there is nothing that they can do. Give me a "F" ing break!!!!
