Not only are the walls paper-thin... the people who management allows to rent here are mostly unemployed-welfare-do-nothing-but play their music with the bass maxed out all night long - while making 'deals' in the parking lot. When you try to get management to assist and make positive changes, they say there is nothing they can do about it. "All renters have rights" is all they'll say. Sad!
