I have lived in the Polos for about a year and a half, and things seem to keep getting worse here. By reading the other posts, I'm glad to see I'm not alone on this one. I regret signing a second lease with Polos. The new management doesn't care at all about the residents. When you ask them to have maintenence come on a certain day at a certain time it goes in one ear and out the other. They show up without notice and let themselves into your apartment while you're at work or elsewhere. This has happened more than once since my microwave broke twice, ac broke, freezer broke, the apt number on my door disappeared, and my blinds fell apart. Another problem I had was children throwing rocks and other objects at my glass door and windown. The women in the office were informed but of course it was never taken care of. Its not the residents responsibility to watch other people's children. New management jacked up late fees, deposits, and monthly rent.
Needless to say, I will be getting the hell out of here as soon as my lease is up. I do not recommend moving to this location.

I have lived at the polos for the past 6 months and I love it. I don't know what the other residents are complaining about but the apartment was great, the grounds are clean, and the staff has been fine to me. This is one of the best places to live in greer for the price!
