I have been a resident at the Polos for the past 3 years. When I first moved here, the office staff and maintenance personel were superb. Since then, things have gone downhill. A new property manager took the reins, and the ride was never the same afterwards. The maintenance upkeep has fallen by the wayside, and the management is not very people friendly. This used to be a friendly community where residents would socialize at staff sponsored events, but that is not the way of the new management. I noticed a high turnover of residents moving in and out. Seems there few people stay here past a year. I am one of the few who have been here awhile, but I will be leaving soon. My renewal lease came with a substantial rent increase ($70). Maybe that explains the high resident turnover.
To anyone who reads this post; don't be fooled by the fluffy presentation. Ask to speak to the manager. If you are a good judge of character, you will catch my drift.

I agree 100%. I left there for the same reason. Prior management was great a lot of activities. The grounds where always clean and everything was perfect. I did not leave for the rent increase but because of the new management staff and all the new tenants moving into the community. What a shame they let the community go downhill
