Although it has its good parts, this overall isn't a very nice place to live. The gate is a pain to deal with, and I'm not convinced it keeps anyone out. The neighbors are noisy, not very friendly, and the HVAC lets the smell from my neighbors cigarettes fill my apartment. This place has really gone downhill since the new management took over. They spend all their time nit-picking and planning ridiculous activities rather than finding ways to make their property better. I am looking forward to the end of my lease and moving somwhere else!
