I have read the reviews from the current manager and her husband; it is a bunch of (BS)!!!! The manager is very unprofessional and rude!! When you confront with Mrs. Bates with an issue her attitude just jumps out for no reason at all!! To me she is a wanna be professional with no class!!!!!! I have lived in these apartments since 2005; we moved here from out of state and loved the apartments when we first moved here. Now she has been manager for less than a year now, it has been very noisy, kids hanging out all over the complex, the landscaping looks like crap, the laundry room are disgusting, the washing machine are dirty on the inside and out, the dryers usual take hours for you clothes to dry, and there is a lot of trash in the parking lots, because of her so called maintenance team doesn't really work!! I never see them!! Also, she had the audacity to put up a Manager's Reserved parking space for herself!!! All I have to say is WOW about that!!! Since she has been manager here it has been more and more police cars in the complex. I believe she is moving in all her ghetto friends and family!! It is a mess out in the Regency now!!!! I am moving out this year!!!! I can't wait!!!

I'll give you an honest opinion. There are some good things...but mostly bad.
The parking - horrible! The new management has enforced a asinine parking policy. You are allowed only 1 red pass to park directly in front of your building and 1 yellow pass to park across the lot. If you have more than 2 vehicles, too bad - you're parking in the back nine fearing the worst because there's no lighting, no fence and no patrolling of any kind. Of course, the property manager made it all nice cushy for her - a front row parking spot right in front of her building. Give me a break!
Noise - it can be quiet if it's raining out...don't think about keeping your windows open because the noise from kids screaming and running in the parking lot will make it impossible to enjoy peace and quiet. And they will stand right outside an open window, look inside and carry on a conversation - I don't know these teenaged kids!!! And I can't tell you how many times my wife has come home from work and have to slow to a crawl waiting for the gang of kids to move out of the center of the parking lot so he can drive past. They play football around all of the parked cars. And once the football hit my apartment window! And there are kids who like to skateboard down the parking lot because it's on an incline, which gives them sort of a ramp...right down the center of the parking and out into the street.
Maintenance - is fixed when you call them...sometimes twice before they get over to your apartment. We have had the light fixture outside our apartment door go out and was out for a week without the bulb being replaced...so we didn't have to come home in the dark, we replaced the bulb ourselves. And I'm watching this cobweb slowly grow larger and larger along the stairway baseboard - I'm going to wait to see just how large it will get before maintenance takes care of it. The maintenance guy doesn't do any rounds of the apartments - although I have seen him picking up garbage in the parking lot a few times.
I saw a comment about the office being closed. It's true - I've had to wait to get a UPS package until Monday (and I had to leave work early to catch them before they left the office again). I tried picking up a package and the clock sign said they would be back by from Friday
Since the new management has taken over, the "sort of people" (if you get my drift) offered apartments has seriously declined! I drive past one apartment building (there are 9 buildings, I believe) it never fails to see a gang of teenagers hanging out on the steps, sitting on cars in front of that building (I hope its their cars!) and whooping and hollering clear across the parking lot to others walking. I would be calling the police if I lived in that building - they loiter night and day. If you can imagine driving down the projects area of any large city where gangs of kids hang out - you'll get the picture of this one building. I can't say I've had much problem in my building but I'm out of the way a bit.
