Hello, I live here now! Yes, when I moved in it did look like it was some what Gatto as you call it' I moved from out of state so I did not know really what to expect. At first I was a little disappointed only because I came from a very, very nice big home! But, I was looking for sq. ft. most of all and let me tell you you will not find a bigger 3 bedroom for this price layed out as nice as this one is! Sure we have looked at other more luxury apts. "BUT" the manager IS trying to fix everything!!! But it will take a little time!! And yes, she is just showing up at apt. doors to do inspections without notice, if she finds a problem, eviction it is!! Good for her! People who have lived here say the matience is not as good as the last guy, I do not know but if they tell the manager their problems she WILL fix them!!! Come on People if you live here let's help fix up our places and keep them CLEAN outside and RESPECT our neighbors and we to can be proud of where we live!! It takes everyones effort! I for one feel they could upgrade a few things in the apts. and it would make a hugh difference! So I am going to ask the manager, I do believe they are willing to do whatever they can, they just NEED TO KNOW!!! Happy Happy
