Changes take time

I have lived at the Regency long before Mrs Bates and her team took over. Yes there have been problem with this apartment complex, however this team is trying their best to sort these issues out. It take time and procedures to do certain things. The problems that have been discussed by other residents has been improved within the last 3 months. The parking system that has been put into place has made parking for all residents much better, before I had to park on the other side of my building because inconsiderate visitors were parking in resident spaces. The people that built this complex did not plan properly but that is not managements fault!!! They have tried to make the best decison for all residents not just a few individuals. Yes, in the summer there were kids playing outside and it was becoming a problem. Parents should take responsibilty for their children during the summer vacation. It is not managements responsibility to entertain residents' children. People have there own opinions and complaints but from personal experience, management has done everything in their power to improve, beautify, and please the residents and the property. Change does not happen over night, it takes time for problems to be resolved. Instead of harping on the negatives the residents should suggest ways to improve and make our apartment community wonderful. Mrs Bates, had always been polite, friendly and well mannered. I have nor problem with her or her staff. If i have a problem they do all that they can to help me. Mangement canot perform miracles they can only do their best. Residents should take responsibilty for their actions. On a positive note the Regency is going through many advantagous changes and i believe that the pros out weigh the cons. Come and visit the Regency... see for yourself and make your own decisions.
