It's so sad that we have residents that are so caught up in thier own little worlds that they can't see what is really going on around them. I've lived at the Regency for over 2 years and it has never been better. The manager Mrs.Bates is great much better than the manager before. She tries to help her residents as much as possible as long as they keep her informed about thier situations. She came up with ideas such as: family game night, offering math tutoring for the kids,and taking breakfast to the elderly. So in response of the last review and any other that reviews that are negative. What property manager does that' What property manager goes that far beyond thier job to make their residents happy' To be worried about a parking space is very childish. Each staff member has thier own parking which is understandable they provide everyone here with customer service 24 hrs a day. And we have residents that choose make thier parking a problem' Everytime I go to the office someone is there either Mrs. Bates or Ms.Freddricks so I really don't understand why people choose to lie and say that they pick and choose thier hours; there is no reason for you not to get your rent on time whether someone is there or not that's why the have a Drop Box!. Handicap parking! This is so funny to me because sometimes I park in the handicap space because you really can't help it. I've seen Mrs.Bates's husband and even talked to him a few times I can say that he is a stand up guy like myself, and he doesn't park in the handicap space because he thinks he can. Just like myself and everyone else in the community he parks there cause he can't help it sometimes. Overall The Regency is a very warm place to live and I would recommend it to anyone. To everyone else out there with something negative to say about The Regency grow up and realize that being a property manager is not an easy job, and we actually have a good Manager.
