Unfortunately for some this comes to the world wide web to anyones eyes and for the first time I, the Manager Kieyoundra Lashay Bates writes my on review. Im truly sorry that some of you honestly believe that it is some what to my benefit to hide behind an email/review etc. I have a job to do every day and even on saturdays to lease apartments, take care of all current and prospective tenants, and manage the staff here at The Regency among other things etc. Every one knows my name, I have nothing to hide either you like me or you dont. I dont get paid to gain your acceptance or entertain any one. I am paid to enforce the rules set forth in lease agreements and do the best I can to resolve issues that arise to me (what ever the nature) and do it in the best interest of not mine but the entire community. I dont need to write false, or hidden reviews about myself nor defend myself against the free opinion of others. Yet I realize and accept that I dont have to be every bodys friend and in fact I am totally okay with that. I have read all positive and negative reviews and actually I take away alot from the some that have resulted in the growth of my staff so thank you. To anyone who has defended me thank you sincerely. To anyone who had such a negative experience my deepest apologies. If you are looking for an apartment here at The Regency please make your own concise judgement when you come to view an apartment and please feel free to call us @ 864-877-0202 any time thru the week until 5:30 or saturdays b/t 10 and 4pm or even better swing into our office so that we can meet and greet in person! There is no need for me to defend any comments on this website I am a responsible adult with a loving family and full time occupation that takes up all of my time so in all God's honesty there is no time for that. Please come and visit our community with the most spacious floor plans all at an afordable rate and in my own words I truly CARE about the well being of all the residents at the property I manage here in Greer!
