The staff of West Chase Apartments are beyond appropriate words.

At a time West Chase was a desired location, but in a brief time the on-site management of this residence have created an environment of disparagement.

The chosen behavior has consistently been none-the-less than difficult, often cruel, hate-filled, rude is the best you may hope for, and they are known to use their positions as an all-powerful personal forum.

To walk into the offices as an inquiring potential lessee you are greeted with expected cheerfulness, you see what is presumed a business respect.

Be warned! This will be the only time you will experience even a glimpse of this type of behavior.

The initial introduction to this residence is completely artificial.

There have been times that corporate was to visit, times that some form of inspections done, these were announced in advance and the persons spoken with or dwellings inspected were hand chosen by the staff.

To honestly see the true deterioration is only as a result of finding yourself one of the many deceived residents.

The management singles out individuals, often those who are educated to their behaviors (an obvious perceived threat), and systematically begins a harassment campaign eventually leading to outright non-truths meant to deceive the renter even further.

The harassment creates difficulties in a variety of ways but often as a financial punishment of sorts, in time you begin to question the validity of this.

The non-truths are used to string the naive tenant along until such moment that they are in a position well beyond their control hence giving the management a power to exercise any horror.

The tenant is left standing dumbfounded and no place to turn.

The lies are done so verbally, never written, so once the matter of issue is at hand the tenant has no grounds for which to stand.

Make note of this, if choosing this residence make sure your contact is always written! Be careful of your expectations there has never once been a yes answer to anything asked.

You should not expect even the simplest common upkeep of the dwelling.

This chosen practice lends to the severe deterioration of said dwellings and is of their own accord (once again, should you move away they can attempt to enact financial punishment based on their view of decline in the dwelling, (even if of their choosing).

Common sense does not exist within the management of this complex, and true, blatant, provable harassment and non-truths are the practice.

It was truly an enjoyable community before this current management staff was chosen.

What was the corporate thinking' How is it that the corporate (who cannot be located and refusal of this information from the staff make this information impossible) do not see the decline' It is with such sadness to, as a current resident, see and know that many wonderful tenants have been exploited, manipulated and destroyed.

Several years ago the management was held with the highest esteem, but not since Laura was the on-site site manager has the atmosphere or aesthetics of this residence been of a welcoming or advantageous manner.

The current so called "management" and the choices of their corporate offices are the complete disgrace of this residence and are to be held responsible at the utmost highest for the extensive demise and ruin of what was once an enviable community.
