I have only lived here a short time, but this is one of the worse apartment complexes I have ever lived in. These apartments were cheaply built and maintained horribly. The apartment I moved into was supposedly ready to be leased, I assure you it was not. The holes in the walls were filled, but not painted. The trim work was sloppily painted and drops of paint left to harden on the carpet. The paint on the cabinets is flaking off badly, and the interiors weren't even wiped out from the last tenant. The flooring in the kitchen has huge gaps and is unlevel. The carpet was stained and showed heavy signs of traffic wear. The fiberglass enclosure of one shower is cracked and has either globs of paint or ceiling texture stuck to it. The ceiling in both bathrooms and the laundry room are stained and cracked from unremedied leaks from the above apartments.

The grounds are also similarly deplorable. The maintenance people drive their golf carts across the lawn and create permanent tracks of mud and holes. I have personally fallen a number of times, resulting in a scraped knee & forearm and a sprained ankle. The tree line around the complex is littered with unsightly garbage such as multiple 5-gallon drums of paint, a car fender, mysterious large black bags of trash, a damaged tricycle, car batteries, etc. This is only along approximately 30 yards of the tree line *closest* to the Leasing Office. They also do not have the trash receptacle emptied in a timely fashion so that every weekend the trash is overflowing onto the sidewalk-across from the Leasing Office.

Overall, the state of this apartment complex is unexcusable. Its a real shame that this place will undoubtly con more tenants as a major business complex is going up next door (the noise from the construction is obnoxious), and a new medical center is going up down the road.

I completely agree with this review!! And do you know that they had the nerve to tell me that I couldn't leave my trash outside my door but the dumpster was totally overflowing and I don't care to put my trash out on the sidewalk where anyone can just get into it!
