I just moved here, and I had read the previous reviews and I have to say that they were wrong. Everyone is so nice here and the apartment is adorable. We've had 1 minor maintenace issue and they came the same day and fixed it. The grass isn't the best but thats all I have anything negative to say about this complex. I plan to live here awhile. I moved from Spartanburg and love the Greer area- all the new resturants are great. Overall - great place to be!

Just give it some time, you will see that this is not the place to live. None of the "bad" reviews are false. There are way too many people that agree on them!!
