Its an okay place to live, nothing wonderful

For the most part the staff is okay.
I prefer to deal with Lisa.
When I first moved in I was unhappy about the condition of the apartment.
It was dirty from where the painters had made a mess, and not to mention they did a horrible job painting.
The carpet was badly stained in numerous areas ( too many places to count).
The apartments are spacious and nice for the most part, but the kitchens are tiny and the cabinets are awkward.
All apartments are positioned near the stairs (unless youre on the 3rd floor) and it is very noisy.
You always hear people walking up and down them.
I also would always hear the people above me walking around.
Its an okay place to live if you like Greer, its probably the nicest place in Greer, but I would prefer living in Greenville.
The people in Greer seem to be a little "different."
