I would certainly NOT reccommend to anyone signing a lease here. The office staff is terrible rude. If you have a problem, good luck finding them or EVER getting it fixed! The women that work in the office just boast in their jobs instead of doing what they should to make the community a better place to live. And watch out for the dog poo! They are terrible at trying to keep that under control. I can't even walk to my car without dodging several dog messes. They say that you will be fined $50! Yea right! I know they can't be fining these residents for letting their dogs do their business where they please, or the residents would have certainly stopped by now, simply because they would be broke!! But they don't hesitate to try and fine you if your rent is a day late!!! This is just the most ridiculously run place that I have ever lived, and I will be sure that I do some good investigating before I rent anywhere else. Take my word for it, they put on this nice and friendly act, but once you sign, the bitter rudeness comes out in these office employees!
