i've read alot of the other comments left by previous and current tenants. i live there now in a 2 bedroom apt. yeah, some of the things are true but others i personally have not experienced. i pay my rent on time and have yet to have been hassled or treated unfairly by any of the staff. the parking sucks sometimes and yeah the grounds crew of seemingly 20 something year olds can get a little lazy. the trash is a problem, but i don't have to empty so i could personally, care less. atleast i don't have to go to city dump every week. my apt. has the 2 bedrooms on opposite sides from each other and i have the master bedroom. i almost never hear anything. yeah, sometimes you end up with that derranged neighbor who drives you nuts occaisonally, but that's to be expected when you (as someone else put it) "have 400 neighbors". anyways, people are too freaking picky. give it up already. it isn't a house, and your not buying an apt. you rent for god's sakes. maybe i'm too lenient, but complaining on the internet isn't gonna get things fixed.
