Very professional staff.

Great looking buildings.

Best location in area - very convenient, but just out-of-the-way enough to be relatively quiet.

Only negatives - pre-move-in cleaning was lousy (even with cleaning fee) and they charge you for water based on your square footage, not usage - kinda unfair.

Oh yeah, and nearby freight trains twice an hour.
