The apartments are new and have all the amenities you could want. Ours had a washer and dryer. Complex has a gym, and very nice pool and hot tub. The management is friendly and maintenance is responsive. The office is open for many hours, including weekend. It is across from the mall,and near to any store you would want. he grounds are well lit and look great. It is true that the nearby trains are noisy. I was able to get used to them, however. I wasn't able to get used to our downstairs neighbors, though, who would have parties about once a month, starting at 2 AM in the middle of the week. I hardly got any sleep those nights.
