I lived here for a little over one year and its not a good experience. the property manager(Angela) is a true -----. Shes friendly to you to get you in the door but after that it all goes south. All ground floor apartments a are infested with mold and critters( roaches, ants, etc....)

for future reference... she is no longer the property manager... and I'm sure that's for a reason.... the new one is awesome!.... I don't have mold or critters because I keep my house clean... wow what a concept!?

FYI the mold and "critters" are in all my neighbors apartments, so I can vouch for the above poster. Living in the south you have to expect some "water bugs", but for an apartment complex that says they have the exterminator out every few months-theres a awful lot of "critters". I've live here over 2 years and have NEVER seen a exterminator (except for when my NEIGHBORS call one themselves).
The mold has nothing to do with how clean you keep your apartment.I clean EVERYDAY and there is still mold around the windows (inside and out), and in the bathrooms. Our neighbors have had to change apartments several times due to mold and or sewage spill issues. Thankfully, I've not had anything that bad.
