It is one of the highest rents in the North Charleston/Hanahan Area. But, you get what you paid for. The apartment I have is on the third floor. There's a ceiling fan in every room. There's a lot of space compared to the other 25 apartments that I looked at in person before choosing this one. It's close to everything (like right across the street from the mall!). The staff is really friendly. When you need maintenance on something they come that day or early the next day depending on what it is. I have a great view from the apartment. The gym needs improvement but it isn't bad, and they have a tanning bed! The pool is a little small. They used to have a spa area but they're replacing it :( bummer on that one. The train noise isn't bad. Yes you can hear the train. But you live in Charleston... North Charleston at that, one of the biggest ports in the US. What do you expect' I go over the train tracks 3 times on the way to work and 3 times on the way home... you're bound to hear trains no matter where you live in this area. It's in a safe neighborhood. Parking is awesome because you and your visitors can park anywhere you want and the parking lot is never full. I definately would reccommend this apartment to family and friends.
