ANSWER; WHEN LEASING FROM "FOREST COVE APTS" ! WE WOULD ALL AGREE THERE ARE PARKING SPACES AT FOREST COVE, RIGHT. IF YOU NEEDED TO STOP AT THE FRONT OFFICE, THERE ARE EVEN LESS SPACES. FOREST COVE IS THE "ONLY" BUSINESS I KNOW, WHERE THE EMPLOYEES (ON-SITE MANAGERS) PARK RIGHT UP FRONT. TAKING THE TWO CHOICE PARKING SPACES, RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE OFFICE DOORS, LEAVING THE TENANTS AND VISITORS TO PARK FURTHER AWAY. THE HUSBAND AND WIFE MANAGERS BOTH PARK THEIR VEHICLES UP FRONT, TWO VEHICLES, COME ON. USE GOOD COMMON SENSE AND PARK AROUND THE SIDE, YOU WORK THERE, ALL DAY LONG THE TWO SPACES ARE OCCUPIED BY YOUR TWO VEHICLES. YOU PROVIDE A SERVICE TO THE TENANTS, OR AT LEAST YOUR SUPPOSE TOO. THEY SHOULD NOT BE TREATED LIKE SECOND CLASS CITIZENS, HAVING TO PARK AROUND THE CORNER FROM THE OFFICE. SELFISH BY ACT, SELFISH BY NATURE !!

I went there to apply and there was one car and still 3 other places to park.
