Best little secret in Hanahan and the North Area

I just love living here at The Landing. It is located behind Trident Tech so you know it is convienant to everything on Rivers plus 526 and I26...take exit 211B!!!! My two bedroom townhome is 400sqft larger than my old apartment in Mt. Pleasant and $200 less. Who would ever suspect you could find a clean, bright, updated 1150sqft home in the Charleston area for less than $600'
The office staff is wonderful and Steve the maintinance man is great...very polite and knoledgable. Did I mention my dog loves him, so I don't have to worry about what to do with my pup when I do have an issue'' The community is installing screen doors on all the homes just in time for the spring and the office staff has pool parties planned for the summer.
I recommend The Landing to everyone looking for a quality community to call home!!!!!!
