My wife and I have lived at Brighton Bay for over 2 years. We love the amenties including 24 hour access to the fitness room, swimming pool, and closeness to the the restaurants at Palmetto Bay Marina and the public boat landing under the Cross Island Parkway. It also is right down the road from The Crossings Park that has skateboarding rink, basketball courts, soccer and baseball fields along with city maintained leisure and bike trails. In short, this place has everything a family, couple, or single person could want and it's very close to everything on the South End including the Cross Island Parkway, (and you can be in Bluffton in @ 10 minutes).

One downside is parking can be an issue but if you have a townhouse like we did it has a 3 car garage that's @ 60' X 12' that can easily accomodate 3 cars or a boat. I think it's one of the best deals on the island
